ABOUT THE PROJECT
The 'Feira Hippie' of Belo Horizonte is more than a landmark — it’s a stage for encounters, diversity, and the living pulse of Minas Gerais culture. Every Sunday, tradition and creativity blend into a vibrant mosaic. Globo’s special program dives into this atmosphere, with a visual identity designed to capture the market’s spirit: colorful, popular, and filled with stories that shape the city’s soul.
In developing the visual identity, we drew inspiration from the market itself and its surroundings. Key elements were vectorized to shape the graphic language: handcrafted pieces and fabrics that bring color to the stalls; the architectural lines of Afonso Pena Avenue, where the fair takes place; and urban references from Belo Horizonte that frame the scene. Together, these symbols form a vibrant and plural identity that reflects the soul of the 'Feira Hippie' and its deep connection with the city.
